William E Moore, CEO and CFO A 1977 Graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Moore has spent his entire career of 33 years in the field of Employee Benefits. Prior to founding PENSERVCO, Bill spent several years developing and implementing Middle Market Retirement plan programs ($10 million and up) for several large Mutual Fund complexes. Mr. Moore spent the previous 11 years as Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing for Dun & Bradstreet Pension Services, now PFPC after several buy outs, developing 401k packages for Mutual Fund and Annuity companies such as Kemper, INVESCO, Seligman, and Northwestern Mutual. During his tenure he increased D&B Pension Services business from 1,000 plans to over 12,000 plans, creating one of the largest independent TPA firms in the Nation. Prior to D&B, Bill was a consultant in the Florida office of William M. Mercer, one of the largest Actuarial/Consulting firms in the world.In addition to completing studies to become an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), Bill has been active in several Organizations including: American Society of Pension Actuaries, (ASPA), Society of Professional Administrators and Record keepers and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Previously Bill was a Board Member of American Marketing Association and DALBAR 401(k) Surveys. Katie Roose, PresidentMs. Roose graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics and a minor in the College of Business. She brings with her over 11 years of experience in the pension services industry. Ms. Roose is extremely knowledgeable and is recognized as a specialist in the Defined Contribution Plan Administration, compliance and government reporting. Her attention to detail and knowledge has placed PENSERVCO as one of the premier third party administrator in the United States today.Ashley Reinhold, Senior Administrative AssistantAshley was born in Boston, Massachusetts relocating to Florida at a young age. She received her Bachelor of Science with a major in Finance from the University of South Florida and was awarded as a member of the National Honor Society.After completing her post- secondary education Ms. Reinhold obtained her Series 7, Series 66 and Florida Life Health and Annuity license and went on to work for Waddell and Reed as a licensed Financial Advisor. Ashley brings with her, her strong financial background as well as a keen eye to detail.Christine Connolly, Senior Pension Administrator Christine was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, IL. After moving to Colorado to study English and Science, Ms. Connolly relocated to Florida to join PENSERVCO, Inc as our Internal Distribution Processing Specialist. She showed a great skill in organization, timely processing and accurate record keeping. In 2005, Ms. Connolly was promoted to a distribution trainer and junior pension administrator. In 2006, She proved to be a dedicated and skillful Pension Administrator and promoted from a Junior Pension Administrator to a Pension Administrator. Sarah Gilpin, Associate Pension AdministratorSarah comes from the Massachusetts’s area until she relocated to Florida where she received her Associates of Art degree as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Business. Ms. Gilpin has been a valuable asset to the PENSERVCO team where she is responsible for distribution and loan processing. Ms. Gilpin is currently training to become a Pension Administrator as well as studying to obtain her Florida Health, Life and Annuity License.Art N. Anderson, Technology Consultant and WebmasterMr. Anderson, founder of IT Career Resources, Inc. and Artistic Website Creations acts as the company’s Technology Consultant, Network Administrator and Webmaster. With over 35 years of corporate experience in business management, information technology and website development, Mr. Anderson provides PENSERVCO with an outstanding level of expertise in managing the company’s computer and internet technology functions.
