PENSERVCO, Inc. will not sell client information to anyone, or otherwise use or distribute client information other than for the sole purpose of administrating retirement plans.PENSERVCO, Inc. engages in the collection of information on behalf of its clients strictly for lawful business purposes, or as otherwise required by applicable law in the administration of 401k(k) plans and other retirement or pension plan programs.PENSERVCO, Inc. is committed to the protection and confidentiality of all information entrusted to our Company from its clients and associates who engage our firm to provide administrative services for retirement plans.Primary data that we collect is: (a) online registration information from Brokers, CPAs, Attorneys, Investment Institutions and Employers; (b) information about participants from the following sources: Plan enrollment forms, beneficiary forms, and payroll records that are submitted by employers or from their designated agents who act in a capacity as a plan sponsor; (c) required data involving accounts or services for which we collect information specifically used in client plans; (d) Other required data involving the administration of pension plans or retirement plans that would be necessary to efficiently service client accounts;(e) Tax code information collected from the IRS, State, County and City governments; (f) Financial statements, accounting statements, and other related information collected from investment institutions pertaining to retirement fund investment.All electronically submitted data is stored in a cryptically secure database with a duel back-up system. Paper submitted documents are stored and secured in locked, fire proof file cabinets. To assist participants who use our services, some client information is shared within our organization. This would include specific PENSERVCO employees who job duties are to provide client support, and certain authorized third parties who have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of PENSERVCO client information.We also share information with companies that provide financial services who have been specifically authorized by our client. We will also share certain information upon receipt of a qualified domestic relations order certified by a duly authorized court.Using the PENSERVCO'S Website:The PENSERVCO website provides a client account user control panel. To access the user control panel the client must use their personal login information (user ID and password) which is created during the registration process. The client should always keep their user ID and password confidential and should not be given to others. Should you forget or misplace your password, a new one can be emailed to you. Use of the PENSERVCO'S website or linking to a website we sponsor requires the use of internet "cookies." Cookies are used because they provide a simple method for site user indentificaiton and tracking. In the broadest sense, a cookie allows a website to store state information on your computer.
