Christine grew up in the Chicago area and moved to Colorado to study English and Science, then Ms. Connolly relocated to Florida to join PENSERVCO, Inc as our Internal Distribution Processing Specialist. She showed a great skill in organization, timely processing and accurate record keeping. In 2005, Ms. Connolly was promoted to a distribution trainer and junior pension administrator. In 2006, She proved to be a dedicated and skillful Pension Administrator and promoted from a Junior Pension Administrator to a Pension Administrator.
Mrs. Roose graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics and a minor in the College of Business.
She brings with her over 11 years of experience in the pension services industry. Mrs. Roose is extremely knowledgeable and is recognized as a specialist in the Defined Contribution Plan Administration, compliance and government reporting. Her attention to detail and knowledge has placed PENSERVCO as one of the premier third party administrator in the United States today.
Sarah comes from the Massachusetts area until she relocated to Florida where she received her Associates of Art degree as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business.
Mrs. Huckstep has been a valuable asset to the PENSERVCO team where she is responsible for distribution and loan processing. Mrs. Huckstep is currently training to become a Pension Administrator.

Graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1987. Anne has spent the first half of her career in mutual fund and retirement plan administration starting at First Data Corporation and then Putnam Investments in Boston, MA. Acquiring a Certificate in Pension Administration from Bentley University. She moved to Florida in 1997 and went to work for local TPA firms as a plan administrator eventually landing at PENSERVCO, Inc. Realizing that sales is her forte, Anne left administration to further her career as a direct sales representative in the media industry. Proving herself a leader in sales, Anne is now combining her early work experience with her established sales abilities heading up sales and marketing for PENSERVCO, Inc. Active in the community as a former board member at East Lake Little League and assisting in any way she can for local charities.

A 1977 Graduate of The University of Florida, Bill has spent his entire career in the field of Employee Benefits. First Job 1977, Travelers Insurance Co., Group and Pension Sales. Marketed Group Medical and Retirement Plans to corporations with over 1,000 employees. Recruited to Blue Cross to manage the west coast of Florida with 4 offices from Tampa to Naples FL. Product lines included; Group Medical, Dental and Group Life Insurance and Supervised local Medicare employees. Recruited in 1984 to help found Florida office of Mercer Consulting, Largest Actuarial consulting firm in world. Procured clients including; Southeast Toyota, Eastern Airlines, Eckerd Drugs, Publix foods. 1986, Left Mercer to start own administration firm, business was purchased by Dun and Bradstreet in 1988, built firm from 1,000 plans 22 employees to 19,000 plans and 750 employees with 15 offices becoming the largest Independent TPA in the Nation, bought company back with venture capital partner, sold to First Data Corporation 24 months later. During that time, purchased and beta tested 5 major daily record-keeping systems, developed over 20 national 401k platforms for Insurance companies and Mutual Fund complexes including Legg Mason, Aetna, Kemper, Merrill Lynch, Northwestern Mutual, Paine Webber, US Trust, and Raymond James. Bill founded PENSERVCO in 2000. Bill is knowledgeable in DB, Profit Sharing, 401k, 403b, and Medical plan administration including Cafeteria Plan administration, 125 Plans, HSA’s, HRA’s FSA’s etc.

Donald Chapman, Consulting Pension Actuary, has over thirty years of experience in the pension actuarial consulting business in the areas of employer retirement programs and employee benefits for small and large employers, union trustees, pension plans and government pension plans. His experience also includes working with professional corporations and sole proprietorships. Areas of specialty include plan design, administration, plan documents, actuarial certifications, employee communications and training in the defined benefit plan areas.
Mr. Chapman has a BS in Education and Mathematics from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA. He continued postgraduate studies at Northeastern University in the area of education and teaching of mathematics. He is also a regular participant at the actuarial/technical educational programs given by the Society of Actuaries and the American Society of Pension Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries.
Mr. Chapman is an Enrolled Actuary as defined by the Department of Labor and Department of the Treasury to perform actuarial services under ERISA. He is also a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
